Within the framework of Law n: 2009-69 relating to distribution trade was promulgated the Decree n: 2010-828 dated 20 April 2010, concerning the direct sale by the producer to the consumer.
Stock Exchange
Order of the Minister of Finance dated 29 April 2010, relating to the regulation visa of the financial market council concerning institutions of collective investment in terms of stocks and shares as well as the management of stocks and shares securities for the benefit of third parties.
Franchise
Within the framework of Law n: 2009-69 relating to distribution trade was promulgated the Decree n: 2010-1501 dated 21 June 2010, fixing the compulsory minimal clauses of the franchise contracts as well the minimal data of the joint information document.

Concession
Within the framework of Law n: 2008-23 of April 1, 2008, the Decree n: 2010-1753 du 19 July 2010 fixing the conditions and procedures to grant concessions was promulgated. The decree aims to improve transparency of procedures, equality among applicants, neutrality of selection criteria and competition in the grant of concessions in Tunisia.
