1993: Masters in public law, Faculty of Law and Economics of Sousse, Tunisia.

Ramzi Jelalia has twenty-six (26) years of professional experience as a public company lawyer and business law advisor.He began his professional career in 1994 at the Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG) as an in-house lawyer.

In 2004, he joined Ferchiou & Associés as a legal advisor.His field of intervention covers several areas of law including energy, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, public procurement and major projects involving both public and private entities.

He has developed a sectorial expertise in energy and more specifically in renewable energy.

He has had the opportunity to participate, during his career, in projects both in Tunisia and in Africa and has been advising, for several years, the clients both on the regulatory aspects and on the contractual and structuring aspects of renewable energy projects.
