Rym is Partner at Ferchiou & Associés. She joined the firm in 2011 as a trainee, then as an associate after being admitted to Tunis bar.

She works on all aspects of business law, including mergers & acquisitions, general corporate matters and competition law.

She also assists clients in relation to their investments in Tunisia and divestment including with all foreign exchange regulation matters.

Rym regularly assists international financial institutions in the financing of local entities generally operating in the banking and financial sector and more generally public and private entities in the context of financing dedicated to their activities.
