2008 : Master’s degree in Intellectual Property.
2005 : Admission into the Tunis Bar.
2004 : Master’s degree in Common Law.
2002 : aculty of Juridical, Political and Social Sciences, Tunis - Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
Nasr Kemicha has extensive experience in both domestic and international complex litigation and arbitration matters. His experience includes disputes arising out of international commercial agreements, banking transactions, partnership, distribution agreements, Investment agreements, construction projects, financial crimes and IP disputes.
Nasr also acts as counsel in international arbitrations involving multi-national corporations under the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Swiss Chambers’ arbitration institution (SCAI), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC).
Since joining the firm in 2008, Nasr has gained substantial experience in defending and advising both domestic and international banks in their commercial litigations as well as their criminal disputes including advising on money laundering matters.
